Every order goes through a carefully managed process to ensure your product is made exactly as requested.

We review your order and contact you if any additional information is needed.
2️⃣ We Prepare Your Project
Standard products move directly into production.
For personalised products, we first prepare a digital preview.
3️⃣ Digital Preview Approval
For products made from your own photo, custom artwork or individual dimensions, we always send you a preview for approval.
Production begins only after you confirm that everything looks exactly as you want.
4️⃣ Production
Your product is manufactured in our own workshop using professional equipment and carefully selected materials.
5️⃣ Quality Inspection
Before dispatch, every order undergoes a final quality check to ensure it meets our standards.
6️⃣ Packaging & Shipping
Your order is carefully packaged and shipped. If you've provided an email address, you'll receive a tracking number once it has been dispatched.

Every product is made to order in our own workshop. After passing our final quality inspection, it is carefully packaged and shipped via Speedy.

Your order will be delivered to the address you specify via Speedy.
The delivery price is the same as delivery to a Speedy office.
🏢 Speedy Office
Collect your order from any convenient Speedy office.
The delivery price is identical to home delivery.
📦 Speedy Parcel Locker
If your order has been paid online and the product size allows, you can choose delivery to a Speedy parcel locker.
🏭 Collection from Our Workshop
If you're in Sofia, you can collect your order from our workshop at 32 Vranya Street, Banishora.
We'll let you know as soon as your order is ready for collection.
💶 Shipping Costs
- ✅ Free delivery on orders over €100 (within Bulgaria).
- ✅ €3.90 for prepaid orders.
- ✅ €4.90 for Cash on Delivery.
- ✅ The delivery price is the same whether you choose home delivery or a Speedy office.
🌍 Delivery Within the European Union
We ship to all European Union countries.
International deliveries are handled by DPD, Speedy's trusted delivery partner across Europe.
You can place your order directly through our online store. During checkout, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically based on your destination country.
Delivery time and shipping costs depend on the delivery zone and are displayed before you complete your order.

💡 Good to Know
You don't need to contact us in advance to find out the shipping cost. Simply select your destination country during checkout and the system will calculate the delivery charge automatically.
📍 Order Tracking
If you provide an email address when placing your order, you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
You can use it to track your shipment all the way to delivery.
📦 What If My Parcel Arrives Damaged?
Although every order is carefully packaged, damage during transport can occasionally occur.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please complete our replacement request form and contact us as soon as possible.
We'll do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly and ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.
